SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING
Floe Hair offers free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard US Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express US Shipping: 5–8 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including carrier delays, customs processing, and peak periods.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and partner carriers depending on your location.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@floehair.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Floe Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@floehair.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
