RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

YOUR 30-DAY GUARANTEE
We stand behind every Floe Hair product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
— Your item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
— The item must be in its original packaging where possible
— You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. Please email hello@floehair.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email hello@floehair.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, items that have been heavily used and show significant signs of wear beyond normal testing are not eligible for return. Accessories and attachments must be unused and in original condition.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or variant, please contact us at hello@floehair.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
